J-Rock L and Light Chibis

I realized at about 3 in the morning that this was the last day for the contest and I needed to include a chibi ._. So, I didn't get to outline the work or anything, and the lineart used is actually the sketch that I was going to base my lineart off of, so obviously it's not as clean or good as I was hoping ... I hate deadlines =_=
